Locate Inmates

Question:

I am searching for a jailed inmate, but there are several jails in the valley. How can I find out where the inmate is located?

Answer:

As a basic guideline, anyone arrested in the City for a misdemeanor will be sent to the City of Las Vegas Jail, and anyone arrested for a felony will be sent to Clark County. You can search for a City inmate on the City website under "Find... An Inmate". For a Clark County detainee, search on the Metropolitan Police Department website.
